Shipping

All prescription medicines are dispensed from our UK-based pharmacy in accordance with cold-chain transport requirements. Each order is packed in discreet packaging with insulated materials and ice packs to maintain the correct temperature range during transit.

Our packaging is designed to keep the contents between 2°C and 8°C for at least 48 hours. Couriers do not use refrigerated vans, but the packaging ensures that cold-chain standards are maintained until delivery.

Dispatch and Delivery

We aim to review and dispatch approved prescriptions within one working day of your order. In most cases, orders are shipped the same day, though this may take longer if further checks are required.

Orders are sent by tracked next-day delivery to UK mainland addresses. Deliveries to Northern Ireland, the Channel Islands, and remote areas may take up to two days. While we always use a next-day service, delivery times are not guaranteed and delays can occur outside our control.

Courier Services

We work with established couriers such as Royal Mail, DPD, and DHL. All orders are dispatched on a tracked service with delivery notifications. If your order has not arrived within 48 hours of dispatch, please contact us and we will investigate.

Delivery Charges

  • UK Mainland weekday delivery: £9.90
  • Northern Ireland: £9.90 (one to two-day service)
  • Channel Islands: £19.50 (two-day service)

Delivery Conditions

All deliveries require a signature. Please ensure someone is available to receive your parcel. If delivery is missed and the parcel is returned, we cannot issue refunds or replacements.

If you would like your order shipped on a specific day, please contact us before placing your order and we will do our best to meet your request.

Returned Orders

Under UK law, prescription medicines that are returned to the pharmacy must be destroyed. We cannot cancel, refund, or re-ship items once they have been dispatched, even if they are returned due to failed delivery.

Missing or Delayed Orders

If your parcel has not arrived within 48 hours of dispatch, please contact us within 7 days of placing your order so that we can investigate with the courier. After this period, investigations may not be possible.

In the event of confirmed loss by the courier, you may choose between a replacement or a refund at no additional cost.

Cold-Chain Integrity

If delivery has been significantly delayed due to courier error and product temperature cannot be guaranteed, the medication must be returned to our pharmacy for safe disposal. Once returned, we can issue a refund or replacement. Please do not discard medication yourself.

Disputed Deliveries

If your order is marked as delivered but you have not received it, contact us immediately on the day of expected delivery. The courier will carry out an investigation, which can take up to 6 working days. We cannot issue a refund or replacement until the investigation is complete.

Service Area

Deliveries are available to UK addresses only. We do not ship prescription medicines outside the United Kingdom for legal and safety reasons.
