Eligibility

You must be 18 years or older and a UK resident to use our services. You must complete a medical questionnaire truthfully and accurately to allow our prescribers to assess your suitability for treatment.

We may request proof of identity or residence. Providing false or incomplete information may result in cancellation of treatment and could put your health at risk.

Prescriptions and Dispensing

All prescriptions are issued by qualified prescribers and dispensed by UK-licensed pharmacies regulated by the General Pharmaceutical Council (GPhC).

You must always follow the instructions provided with your medication.

Refunds and Returns

You may cancel your order and receive a full refund only if your prescription has not yet been dispensed. Once a prescription has been dispensed, it cannot be cancelled, returned, or refunded under UK law.

If our clinical team decides treatment is unsuitable, a refund will be issued within 5 working days. Refunds will only be processed to the original payment method.

Side Effects and Efficacy

Chelsea Slimming Clinic does not manufacture medication. We dispense only licensed products supplied in the UK. We cannot guarantee specific outcomes such as weight loss results.

No refunds will be issued if medication does not meet expectations or if you experience side effects. By ordering, you confirm you have read the official patient information leaflet and understand the possible risks.

Faulty or Damaged Products

If you receive a faulty device (e.g., injection pen), you must notify us within 48 hours at support@chelseaslimmingclinic.co.uk.

You may be asked to return the unused product for investigation. If confirmed faulty, a replacement or refund will be issued. Faults must be reported within 45 days of delivery.

Shipping and Delivery

Medications are shipped by partner pharmacies using tracked delivery. You will receive tracking details once your order is dispatched.

We cannot issue refunds or replacements if delivery fails due to an incorrect address or missed delivery attempts. If medication is returned after dispatch, it must be destroyed and cannot be refunded.

Limitation of Liability
